we have suppliers who are telling us that the tip switches must be fitted to oil filled radiators at the 2 dollars per unit
i have searched the net to find an answer but to no avail
there are arguments for both having them on and for not putting them on.
does any of the members have any answers to help me make an informed choice on whether to proceed on putting these on the product or not

kindest regards
peter

The tip switch may be considered a necessary safeguard. If this a condition of trade with the supplier then it may be necessary to fit the tip switch. Is the request a result of failures to the product standard or knowledge of a reported incident?
